(TR) In Cairo, I visited the Al-Azhar Observatory for the fight against extremism, a unique institution that analyzes and contradicts radical and hate speech in 13 languages, including French. A natural partner for a #Francophonie of peace and dialogue.
(TR) French cannot be just a language of heritage. It must be a language of opportunities, of #AI, of #innovation & of work. Inspiring exchanges in Quebec with @PaulPlamondon and @pascalpparadis, we share this conviction: #Francophonie must reinvent itself.
(TR) Exchange with French-speaking ambassadors in Ottawa: peace is not built only during summits, but also over time, through trust & dialogue. I believe in a proximity multilateralism: a Francophonie that brings together states, governments, youth, NGOs.

(TR) I learned with sadness of the passing of Carlo Petrini, founder of @SlowFoodHQ, with whom I had the honor of collaborating. He made his life an inspiration for sustainable food, connected to territories and biodiversity. His legacy remains alive.
