Jorge Peiró recounted that he asked Fernando Alonso what image the sport gave by not being able to race in the rain and after a chaotic formation lap with cars stopped. Alonso said he did not know what had happened and that he expected an explanation in Singapore. He pointed out that he had suffered withdrawals during races that year without the event being stopped, but that on this occasion it was halted when Lewis Hamilton was in the ditch so he could come back out. He described what happened as strange and believed that there was too much technology and that the spectator did not appreciate it. #Fórmula1 #FernandoAlonso #GPdeSingapur (translated)
