"I am very pleased that the graphics went very well, as did the sculptural objects and ceramics," said Maarin Ektermann, president of the Estonian Artists' Union, adding that the result exceeded all expectations in the landscape of Estonian art auctions. #EestiKunst #KunstnikeLiit #Oksjon (translated)

"When planning the auction, we did not dare to hope that it would cover the entire 700,000 euro loss, as art auctions are unpredictable. Therefore, we cut union expenses and looked for other ways to free ourselves from the loan burden. But thanks to the people who decided to purchase the pearls of the art collection and donated works, as well as strongly support the artists and the union, we can now pay our obligations ahead of schedule and think through plans on how to best support our members and Estonian art life," said Ektermann. #EestiKunst #KunstnikeLiit #Toetusoksjon (translated)
