Tomas Slafer criticized F1's communication with fans and said that the sport seemed not to have learned from Spa 2021. He stated that, after more than an hour of waiting and a formation lap that he described as chaotic, it had not been explained what was happening. In contrast, he mentioned a two-hour stoppage due to the weather in Tampa during an NFL game two weeks earlier, when, as he wrote, the public was informed of the situation and images were shown. Slafer said that F1 had only shown shots of the stands and the pit lane, and argued that the lack of explanations made the organization seem responsible for the problem. He added that fans could understand whatever the cause was, but they would not understand being kept in front of the television without information or explanations from F1, the FIA, the promoter, or any other responsible party. #F1 #comunicación #aficionados (translated)
