Trzeba wybrać: albo chcemy utrzymać wysokie wydatki publiczne, ale wtedy nie tylko one, ale i podatki muszą przekraczać 50% PKB; albo wolimy zachować umiarkowane podatki, ale wówczas trzeba radykalnie obciąć wydatki.
