Μια πολύ θετική εξέλιξη για το Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Θήρας, που πλεον στη φαρέτρα υπηρεσιών που παρέχει στους πολίτες των Κυκλάδων συμπεριλαμβάνεται και η αποκλειστική διαχειριση του αεροσκάφους του Ιδρύματος Λούλας και Ευαγγέλου Νομικού που προσθέτει ενα ακομη εναέριο μέσο για τη διεκπεραιωση αεροδιακομιδων των επειγοντων περιστατικών. Ομως για να δούμε πως φτάσαμε εδώ. Το Ιδρυμα Λούλας και Ευαγγέλου Νομικού προχώρησε το 1996 στην αγορά ενός αεροσκάφους με αφορμή την απώλεια ενός νεαρού Σαντορινιού. Το αεροσκάφος αυτό εκτοτε για αρκετά χρόνια εξυπηρέτησε πολλούς Σαντορινιούς ασθενείς μεταφέροντάς τους εντελώς δωρεάν και έγκαιρα σε νοσοκομεία των Αθηνών (45λεπτά πτήσης) αλλά και του Ηρακλείου Κρήτης (25 λεπτά πτήσης). Αν και υπήρχαν οι αποφάσεις του Εφετείου Αθηνών, του Νομικού Συμβουλίου του Κράτους, διαταγές ΓΕΑ για στέγαση και χρήση στρατιωτικών αεροδρομίων καθώς δε και με πρωτόβουλία του Υφυπουργού Υγείας Αθ. Γιαννόπουλου εκδοση ΜΟΔ 105 απο ΥΠΑ(2007) , παρόλα αυτά η λειτουργία του παρέμενε ακανόνιστη καθώς δεν υπήρχε σαφές πλαίσιο αξιοποίησής του από το Υπουργειο Υγειας και δεν υπήρξε ποτέ σαφές συμφωνηθεν πλαισιο συνεργασίας του Ιδρύματος Νομικού με το Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Θήρας. Για το λόγο αυτό το 2018 σταμάτησε παντελώς η χρήση του αεροσκάφους από το Νοσοκομείο Σαντορίνης, λόγω έλειψης ενός συμφωνηθεντος κανονιστικού πλαισίου λειτουργίας με το Γενικό Νοσοκομειο Θήρας. Μετά από συνολικά 30 χρόνια θεωρησα και προσωπικά ως Υπουργός Υγειας οτι αυτό επιτέλους πρέπει να λυθεί. Υπάρχουν λύσεις ακομη και για τους πιο πολύπλοκους γόρδιους δεσμούς. Πήρα λοιπόν ως Υπουργός τη πρωτοβουλία να αναθέσω ρητώς στη εκ νέου διοικηση του Νοσοκομείου που ο ίδιος τοποθέτησα, πέραν της διαχείρισης των νοσοκομειακων θεμάτων, να έρθει σε επαφή με το Ίδρυμα του Ευαγγέλου και Λούλας Νομικού για να βρεθεί λυση στο θεμα και να επανεργοποιηθεί το αεροσκάφος και να τεθεί στην υπηρεσία του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Θήρας. Με μεθοδικές ενεργειες που ακολούθησαν για πρώτη φορά συμφωνήθηκε σαφές ΜΝΗΜΟΝΙΟ ΣΥΝΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ μεταξύ Νοσοκομείου Θήρας και Ιδρύματος Λ & Ε Νομικού που συντάχθηκε απο το Διοικητή του Νοσοκομείου Δρ. Κωνσταντίνο Λυκοστράτη σε συνεργασία με τον επιτιμο καθηγητη Δρ. Χαράλαμπο Ρούσσο και με τη σύμφωνη γνώμη του Υπουργείου Υγείας, έτσι ώστε να δωθεί λύση στο χρόνιο αυτό πρόβλημα. Το αποτέλεσμα είναι το αεροσκάφος να αξιοποιείται πλέον με σαφής όρους και προϋποθέσεις από το Νοσοκομείο Θήρας με πλήρη διαφάνεια. Σύμφωνα με τους όρους που συμφωνήθηκαν μεταξύ Νοσοκομείου και Ιδρύματος, το αεροσκάφος έχει έδρα την Σαντορίνη, και μετά από διεργασίες και ειδικές διαμορφώσεις πολλων μηνών που ξεκίνησαν το φθινόπωρο του 2025 με εποπτεία του Ιδρυματος Νομικού σε συνεργασία με τη Διοικηση του Νοσοκομειου, το αεροσκάφος είναι πλέον κατάλληλα διαμορφωμένο σε ασθενοφόρο έχοντας πιστοποιημένο από EASA φορείο, συντηρείται μονιμα με βάση εγκεκριμένο πρόγραμμα συντήρησης από ΥΠΑ η οποία εκδίδει και το ετήσιο Πιστοποιητικό Αξιοπλοίας του, έχει δε πλήρη ασφαλιστική κάλυψη για την συγκεκριμένη χρήση σύμφωνα με την Ευρωπαική οδηγία EU785/2004 REGULATION. Για τη χρηση του αεροσκάφους υπάρχουν μόνιμα 2 πιλότοι μισθωμένοι απο το ίδρυμα, ειδικά διαμορφωμένος χωρος εποπτείας και συντήρησης στο αεροδρόμιο και καθε πτηση συνοδεύεται πάντα απο ιπτάμενο ιατρό. Ο ιατροτεχνολογικός εξοπλισμός του αλλα και ο χωρος εσωτερικά έχουν διαμορφωθεί σύμφωνα με τα δεδομενα του ΕΚΑΒ και κατα αντιστοιχία με τα πτητικά του μέσα. Οι πτήσεις θα λαμβάνουν χωρα παντα σε συνεργασία με το ΕΚΑΒ για τη εναέρια παρακολουθηση της αλλα και για τη μεταφορά των ασθενών απο το ΓΝΘ προς το αεροδρόμιο και αντιστοίχως απο αεροδρόμια προορισμου προς εφημερεύοντα νοσοκομεια. #Υγεία #Αεροδιακομιδές #Σαντορίνη
