Искрено се надявам това да не е поредното правителство, на което ще трябва да обясняваме, че София не бива да бъде поставяна в изолация заради политическите апетити към столицата. Вицепремиерът Иво Христов днес обясни, че в София имало „криза в управлението“. Като говорим за управлението на София, нека поговорим и за отговорността на националната власт към нея. Това правителство получи доверието на много хора с очакването да промени начина, по който се управлява държавата. Надявам се да не повтори един много познат модел – политическите различия с кмета да се превръщат в отношение към целия град. Вече сме виждали докъде води това. Защото София не е кметът. София не са проблемите ѝ. София са хората. Близо два милиона души, които живеят и работят тук. Град, който създава близо половината от икономиката на страната. Пренебрежителното отношение към София не е отношение към Васил Терзиев. То е отношение към всички тези хора. Затова инвестициите в столицата не са привилегия за София или подарък за нейния кмет. Ако „кризата в управлението“ на София има отношение към избора на Бургас за домакин на „Евровизия“, добре е да разберем по кой критерий е била оценявана. Затова очакваме БНТ да публикува кандидатурите и оценките на София и Бургас. Най-лесният начин да приключат всички спекулации е да видим фактите. А към софиянци – не се обезкуражавайте. Бургас спечели и има нашата подкрепа. През май 2027 г. София също ще празнува с „Евровизия“. Ще вземем най-доброто от разработената ни кандидатура и ще го превърнем в музика, събития и преживявания за софиянци и гостите на града. София няма да стои отстрани.
