Panie Bogucki, znowu Pan robi coś bardzo dziwnego z liczbami. 141,1 mld zł deficytu po siedmiu miesiącach – zgadza się. Ale skoro już postanowił pan dzielić deficyt przez dni i na tej podstawie opowiadać o tempie jego narastania, to może dokończę Pański rachunek? 141,1 mld zł przez 212 dni daje ok. 666 mln zł dziennie. Nie blisko miliard. Jeżeli już mamy tak zaokrąglać, to 666 mln jest dwa razy bliżej pół miliarda niż miliarda 😂 A gdyby Pańską metodą rozciągnąć to tempo na cały rok, otrzymamy około 243 mld zł deficytu. Ustawa budżetowa przewiduje maksymalnie 271,7 mld zł. Czyli Pańska własna metoda prowadzi do wniosku, że na koniec roku deficyt będzie o blisko 30 mld zł niższy od zakładanego 🤷‍♂️ Ups 😂 Tyle że ja takiego wniosku nie postawię, bo budżetu w ten sposób po prostu się nie liczy i powinien Pan to doskonale wiedzieć 🤔 Dochody i wydatki nie wpływają i nie są ponoszone każdego dnia w równych częściach. I wystarczy przeczytać cały komunikat Ministerstwa Finansów, z którego wziął Pan swoje 141,1 mld. Po lipcu wykonano: – 51,6% planowanych dochodów, – 51,7% planowanych wydatków, – 51,9% planowanego deficytu. Czyli w Pańskim wpisie znalazła się prawdziwa liczba 141,1 mld, ale zabrakło informacji, że stanowi ona 51,9% rocznego limitu. Za to pojawił się "niemal miliard dziennie", którego nie daje nawet zwykłe dzielenie 🤦‍♂️ Blisko 300 mld zostawiam. Limit wynosi 271,7 mld, więc nie będę się z Panem spierał o zaokrąglenie - to grosze... Pozostaje jeszcze pana ponad 800 mld zł dziury budżetowej. Tutaj uczciwie - nie mam zielonego pojęcia, co pan takiego policzył. Nie jest to deficyt budżetu państwa na 2026 r. Proszę więc napisać, co dokładnie Pan nazywa dziurą budżetową i skąd wzięło się 800 mld. Wtedy chętnie sprawdzę również ten rachunek. I jeszcze jedno, Panie Bogucki. Rozbawił mnie ostatni akapit pana wypowiedzi - "To nie jest wina PiS. To nie jest wina prezydenta". Obecny rząd odpowiada za swoją politykę budżetową i nie zamierzam zdejmować z niego tej odpowiedzialności. Ale finanse państwa nie zostały wyzerowane wraz ze zmianą rządu. Dług, zobowiązania i koszty ich obsługi nie znikają w dniu wyborów, więc kategoryczne stwierdzenie, że poprzednia władza nie ma z obecnym stanem finansów nic wspólnego, jest równie poważną analizą jak Pański miliard dziennie 🤷‍♂️ A skoro już wspomniał Pan o prezydencie i tak bardzo spodobało się Panu przeliczanie wszystkiego na dni... Kancelaria Prezydenta chciała na 2026 r. 325,5 mln zł – o 8,9% więcej niż rok wcześniej. Parlament ten wzrost ograniczył i ostatecznie dostała 312,7 mln zł. To około 857 tys. zł dziennie. Oczywiście nie napiszę teraz, że Kancelaria Nawrockiego przepala prawie milion złotych każdego dnia, bo byłaby to dokładnie ta sama tania manipulacja, którą Pan zastosował do deficytu. Po prostu pokazuję Panu, jak łatwo można produkować efektowne liczby, kiedy najpierw ma się tezę, a później dobiera sposób ich przedstawienia. Sytuacja finansów publicznych naprawdę jest poważna. Tym bardziej szkoda psuć ten argument kalkulatorem #finanse #budżet #deficyt
