J'ai eu la chance d'être invité, il y a deux semaines, sur le plateau de @DariusRochebin avec Aurélien. Et il est encore plus impressionnant en vrai qu'à la télévision. Il connaît tous les modèles d'armements, toutes les dates historiques et répond du tac au tac, avec précision et charisme. Ce jour-là, il était arrivé sur le plateau dix secondes avant le direct, parfaitement décontracté. Quelques secondes plus tard, il répondait à Darius comme s'il était là depuis vingt minutes. Une machine. Et j'ai appris en le regardant ce soir-là. J'ai été en revanche effaré par le comportement de @renaudgirard. Les caricatures, les moqueries et les attaques personnelles ne grandissent pas un homme de son étoffe, grand reporter historique du Figaro. On connaissait sa proximité avec les amis du Kremlin. On découvre ici un homme qui supporte difficilement la contradiction et s'emporte lorsqu'il est mis en difficulté. Et Aurélien, lui, est resté parfaitement calme. Bravo à lui. 🔴 FONDS POLITIQUES : VOICI CE QUE DIOMAYE AVAIT PROMIS Le programme prévoyait d’abord la suppression des fonds dits « politiques ». Ils devaient être remplacés par des fonds spéciaux, avec une affectation beaucoup plus encadrée. À quoi devaient servir les nouveaux fonds spéciaux ? Ils devaient être réservés aux opérations ultra-sensibles, le programme donnant deux exemples : l’armement et les missions secrètes. Comment devaient-ils être autorisés ? Le texte précise qu’ils devaient être votés par l’Assemblée nationale. Comment devaient-ils être contrôlés ? Le programme prévoyait un contrôle spécifique a posteriori, c’est-à-dire après leur utilisation. Ce contrôle devait être exercé par une sous-commission composée de membres assermentés : * 2 députés de la Commission des finances : un issu de la majorité et un de l’opposition parlementaire ; * 2 magistrats de la Cour des comptes ; * le président de la Commission concernée.
