Magda wrote that Jarosław Kaczyński, speaking about the Constitutional Tribunal, independence, and apoliticism, caused her embarrassment. She assessed that Bogdan Święczkowski was a close collaborator of Zbigniew Ziobro and that he worked with him for changes that, in her opinion, destroyed the justice system, undermined trust in the courts and the prosecutor's office, and harmed people. She added that Ziobro currently avoids legal responsibility, which he previously sought to shape for his own advantage. According to Magda, Święczkowski continued this policy as the president of the TC, and the current shape of the Tribunal had nothing to do with the rule of law. She also recognized that those defending him in this form supported Kaczyński's political arrangement and his people, as well as their desire to maintain influence over the state despite losing elections. #Polska #TrybunałKonstytucyjny #prawo (translated)
