Ko je bil Roman Jeglič šef lj kriminalistov, mi je kot novinarju na Mladini nekoč poslal uradno povabilo na Prešernovo. Ko se nisem takoj odzval, je zagrozil s privedbo. Potem sva s pokojnim odvetnikom Dragom Demšarjem šla in Jeglič mu ni pustil, da bi prisostvoval pogovoru. Jeglič mi je preko mize porinil dva lista z imeni in priimki in hotel vedeti, kdo na tem spisku je mafija, ki na Trubarjevi in Metnem trgu zasebnike izsiljujejo za denar češ, da jim bodo nudili zaščito. O tem sem pisal, seveda pa Jegliču, razen moje osebne nisem dal nobenih informacij in da naj bere moje članke. V resnici sem ga menda hudo užalil, ko sem rekel, da če jaz kot novinar vem več kot on ki je šef kriminalistov, je čas, da službi zamenjava - on v novinarstvo, jaz pa na Prešernovo. Kar zadeva catch the catsha - Jeglič je bil vodja te piramidalne igre kar iz svoje pisarne. Koliko je zaslužil, ne vem, menda pa veliko. Pri tem sta mu reklamno koristila igralec Ban in pevec Božidslwr Wolfand Wolf, ki sta tako obogatela. Ta je do zastaranja zadeve pobegnil na tuje. O Jegličevi vlogi sem pisal in ga razkrinkal. V ressnici sem informacije o tem dobilnod nekoga, ki ga je Jeglič z ovaduštvom spravil ob visoko funkcijo. Čez nekaj dni sem izvedel, da je pobegnil v Rusijo, konkretno nekam v Sibirijo. Ko sem bil na Delu, sem preko svojih zvez dobil celo njegovo tamkajšnjo telefonsko številko in ga poklical. Bil je zaprepaščen in preden je odložil, je rekel samo to, da sem ga uničil, čeprav mi je nekoč naredil uslugo in mi na cesti pred Konzorcijem namignil, da gre Elan naslednji dan v stečaj. Kar je bilo res in sem bil prvi, ki je to objavil, zaradi česar sem dobivaal nonimne grožnje Elanovih delavcev češ, da jih bom zaradi laži spravil ob službo....Tu se je potem še marsikaj dogajlo. Zanimibo ob tem je da je Sovavo Jegličuin njegovih dtikih v Rusiji imela zjeten dosje a so ga ščitili. ❗️Σήμερα αντιμετώπισα ξανά το ίδιο πρόβλημα. ❗️Πήγα να αφήσω φαγητό σε μία από τις γάτες που φροντίζω στην περιοχή και, όταν επέστρεψα, είχαν πετάξει ξανά το μπολ, το φαγητό και το νερό. ❗️Αυτή τη φορά, παρότι είχα μαζί μου μπολ, αποφάσισα να αφήσω το φαγητό πάνω στο σημείο. ❗️Για έναν πολύ απλό λόγο. ❗️Για να καταλάβει όποιος το κάνει ότι, είτε πετάξει το μπολ είτε όχι, τα ζώα θα έχουν πάντα φαγητό και νερό. ❗️Το ίδιο έκανα και λίγο πιο πάνω, όπου άφησα νερό για τα περιστέρια, γιατί ούτε εκεί υπήρχε. ❗️Σήμερα δεν άκουσα κανέναν να φωνάζει ή να βρίζει τα ζώα. Όμως το αποτέλεσμα ήταν ακριβώς το ίδιο. ❗️Κάποιος εξακολουθεί να καταστρέφει συστηματικά την προσπάθεια να έχουν λίγη τροφή και λίγο νερό ανυπεράσπιστα ζώα. ❗️Την επόμενη φορά θα απομακρυνθώ διακριτικά και θα παρακολουθήσω το σημείο, ώστε να διαπιστώσω ποιος προβαίνει σε αυτές τις ενέργειες. ❗️Και τότε η υπόθεση θα πάρει τον δρόμο που προβλέπει ο νόμος. ❗️Δεν μου αρέσουν οι εντάσεις. Δεν πιστεύω στη βία ούτε στις φωνές. ❗️Πιστεύω όμως ότι κανείς δεν έχει το δικαίωμα να στερεί από ένα ζώο το νερό και το φαγητό που του αφήνει κάποιος για να επιβιώσει. ❗️Και αυτό δεν πρόκειται να το αφήσω άλλο να περνά απαρατήρητο. ⸻ 🇬🇧 Today I faced the exact same problem again. ❗️I went to leave food for one of the stray cats I care for, and when I came back, someone had once again thrown away the bowl, the food and the water. ❗️This time, even though I had brought a bowl with me, I decided to leave the food right there anyway. ❗️For one very simple reason. ❗️To show whoever keeps doing this that, whether they throw the bowl away or not, these animals will always have food and water. ❗️I did the same a little further up the road, where I left fresh water for the pigeons because there was none available. ❗️Today I didn’t hear anyone shouting or insulting the animals. Yet the result was exactly the same. ❗️Someone continues to deliberately sabotage every effort to provide food and water to defenseless animals. ❗️Next time, I will keep my distance and observe the area so I can identify the person responsible. ❗️Then the matter will be handled through the legal process. ❗️I don’t like conflict. ❗Σήμερα το πρωί, στην Αθήνα, άφησα φαγητό και νερό σε μια αδέσποτη γατούλα που ήταν ξαπλωμένη στη σκιά. Σε ένα σημείο που δεν ενοχλούσε κανέναν. ❗Λιγότερο από μία ώρα αργότερα, πέρασα ξανά. Τα δύο μπολ ήταν πεταμένα μέσα στον κάδο σκουπιδιών. Η γάτα ήταν ακόμη εκεί. ❗Χωρίς άλλο μπολ διαθέσιμο, άνοιξα μια κονσέρβα και αναγκάστηκα να της βάλω το φαγητό στο πεζοδρόμιο. Το διπλανό διαγνωστικό κέντρο βοήθησε αμέσως, δίνοντάς μου ένα καθαρό δοχείο και δροσερό νερό. ❗Και τότε, από κάποιο παράθυρο, άκουσα μια φωνή: «Να το πάρεις σπίτι σου ρε, το βρωμόγατο. Έρχεστε εδώ και τα ταΐζετε. Έχετε γεμίσει τον κόσμο γάτες και φαγητά και δεν μπορούμε να περπατήσουμε». ❗Δεν απάντησα. Δεν ήξερα καν από ποιο παράθυρο ερχόταν η φωνή. Και, για να είμαι ειλικρινής, δεν είχε και κανένα νόημα. ❗Γύρισα στη γάτα και έμεινα εκεί περίπου είκοσι λεπτά. Μέχρι να φάει. Και μέχρι να βεβαιωθώ ότι αυτή τη φορά κανείς δεν θα της πετάξει το φαγητό. ❗Μέσα σε λίγα μέτρα, δύο διαφορετικοί κόσμοι. ❗Κάποιος είδε ένα μπολ με φαγητό για μια αδέσποτη γάτα και το πέταξε στα σκουπίδια. ❗Κάποιοι άλλοι έψαξαν να βρουν ένα δοχείο για να τη βοηθήσουν. ❤️Κι εκείνη δεν ήξερε τίποτα απ’ όλα αυτά. 🐾Πεινούσε μόνο. ❗This morning, in Athens, I left food and water for a stray cat lying in the shade. You come here and feed them. You’ve filled the whole place with cats and food and we can’t even walk.” ❗I didn’t answer. I didn’t even know which window the voice was coming from. And, to be honest, there was no point. ❗I went back to the cat and stayed there for about twenty minutes. Until she had eaten. In een live-uitgezonden openbaar verhoor dat vooral draaide om emoties, frustratie en een ongevraagd slotwoord, heeft voormalig staatssecretaris Mona Keijzer @MonaKeijzer – ondanks haar evidente politieke kleur – de enige zin uitgesproken die er écht toe deed: “De democratische rechtsstaat heeft gefaald.” Geen stapel nieuwe documenten. Geen schokkende getuigenverklaringen vol onweerlegbare bewijzen. Geen diepe duik in de precieze mechanismen van de noodwetten, de besluitvorming in het Catshuis of de precieze rol van het OMT. Nee. Het bleef vooral bij een boze, emotionele monoloog over hoe de “wij slaan het virus kapot”-mentaliteit de tolerante samenleving die we ooit waren, volledig heeft kapotgemaakt. Jongeren kregen de rekening gepresenteerd voor een virus dat voor hen nauwelijks gevaarlijk was. De coronapas creëerde vaccinatiedwang die botste met de lichamelijke integriteit. En het harde optreden tegen critici en weigeraars heeft het vertrouwen in politiek en samenleving blijvend geschaad. En toen, aan het einde, het ongevraagde slotakkoord: “de democratische rechtsstaat heeft gefaald!!@ Overheid, dit is jullie erfenis. Jullie hebben het voor elkaar gekregen dat zelfs een voormalig bewindspersoon uit eigen gelederen, in een parlementaire enquête die nota bene bedoeld is om lessen te trekken, tot deze vernietigende conclusie komt. En dat terwijl de feitelijke details dun gezaaid bleven. Het was vooral een catharsis met camera’s aan. Zweden deed het anders. Jullie kozen voor de sledgehammer, de QR-code als toegangspoort tot het normale leven en de framing van iedereen die twijfelde als gevaar voor de volksgezondheid. Resultaat, jaren later: een enquête die bevestigt wat velen allang voelden – de rechtsstaat is niet “onder druk gezet”, hij is gewoon even buiten werking gesteld. Beste ministers van toen en beleidsmakers van nu: de satire schrijft zichzelf. Jullie hebben een parlementaire enquête overgelaten met als hoogtepunt een emotionele bekentenis dat de fundamenten van de democratie het hebben begeven. En de details? Novo Nordisk: Vom Hype zur Realität.💊 Nach der Einführung der Abnehmspritze erlebte Novo Nordisk einen massiven fundamentalen Aufwind. Die Erwartungen schossen in die Höhe und mit ihnen der Aktienkurs sowie die Bewertungsmultiplikatoren. Doch Börsenerfolge ziehen immer Konkurrenz an. 😅 Hohes Wachstum, brutale Margen und enorme Gewinne sind quasi das Signalfeuer für Wettbewerber. Der Hype um den Markt für Abnehmspritzen hat genau das ausgelöst. Die Aktie wurde danach zeitweise auf das Niveau vor dem Abnehmspritzen-Boom abgestraft und dafür gibt es drei Gründe: 1. Wachstumsdelle: Das enorme Wachstumstempo konnte nicht gehalten werden (siehe Umsatzwachstum und EPS). 2. Wettbewerbsdruck: Novo Nordisk musste Marktanteile an einen extrem starken Konkurrenten, Eli Lilly, abgeben. Ahja die Compounder (Copy Cats) waren auch ein krasser Nachteil. 3. Multiple Contraction: Der Markt hat die Bewertung (P/E, P/S usw.) aufgrund der gesunkenen Wachstumsdynamik massiv nach unten korrigiert. Ich selbst bin zwar aus Novo Nordisk vor einigen Monaten ausgestiegen, denke aber nach wie vor, dass sich die Aktie langfristig erholen wird. Aber es wird wahrscheinlich einen längeren Atem benötigen, als ich angenommen habe. Die aktuelle Bewertung für so ein Unternehmen, ist meiner Ansicht nach mehr als "fair". PS: Sollte Novo Nordisk mit der Abnehmpille wieder Boden gutmachen, könnte die Erholung an Fahrt gewinnen.
