"Die AfD hatte in einem zwischen 2019 und 2023 geführten Mammutprozess vor dem BVerfG beweisen können, dass die bisherige, auf informalen und geheimen Absprachen beruhende Vergabepraxis der Altparteien verfassungswidrig war und auch DES und AfD grundsätzlich einen Anspruch auf Förderung haben. Seit 2017 stellt die DES nun Jahr für Jahr Anträge, der für 2026 wurde im März 2025 gestellt, jedoch erst ab Weihnachten 2025 bearbeitet und ist bis heute nicht entschieden. Das Bundesinnenministerium versucht, die Ansprüche der DES durch Verschleppung zu erledigen; das hiergegen gegebene Rechtsmittel, die Untätigkeitsklage zum Verwaltungsgericht, kann sich die DES bei 25 Millionen Euro Streitwert schlicht nicht leisten. 27/8/26 — IN DE REEKS VAN DE LIEGENDE VIROLOOG @MarionKoopmans blokte ons nadat we de door haar afgegeven verklaringen over belangenverstrengeling hadden gepubliceerd. Koopmans verzweeg haar werkrelatie met China vóór haar deelname aan SAGO, het team dat zonder persoonlijk belang onderzoek mocht doen naar de herkomst van COVID-19. Wij spraken met de persvoorlichter van het @rivm en van de @gezondheidsraad; beide organisaties zagen geen probleem en bleken zelf eveneens vol belangenverstrengelingen te zitten. Grappig: er bestaan nooit eerder gepubliceerde opnames van deze gesprekken. @mkeulemans paste namens ons wederhoor toe; Koopmans @ErasmusMC liet weten dat het niet vermelden van deze cruciale informatie de schuld was van haar secretaresse. In Nederland verdween het verhaal in de doofpot; internationaal hadden we meer succes. Dit gegeven maakte korte metten met haar integriteit. #COVID19 #belangenverstrengeling #integriteit

Leftist “Empathy” Is Actually Narcissism Leftist “empathy” is often narcissism, not real compassion. Over the past decade, Western politics has debated whether empathy is the highest value—yet many policies justified in its name have produced serious unintended consequences: safe-supply programs, lenient bail, mass migration, identity-based social policy, and gender medicine for minors. Hannah Arendt helps explain why. In *On Revolution*, she contrasted the American Revolution’s focus on institutions and limits on power with the French Revolution’s “politics of pity,” an effort to eliminate suffering through political action. Robespierre’s compassion for the masses helped justify terror. Pity isn’t compassion: it creates a hierarchy between the person who pities and the person pitied. Once you claim to represent “the oppressed,” you can stop listening to real people. Much progressive “empathy” projects idealized versions of others, erasing cultural differences and treating disagreement as ignorance or prejudice. Adam Smith warned about the “man of system,” who thinks society can be rearranged like chess pieces, ignoring human wills. Dostoevsky argued abstract love is easy; loving real people is hard. Nietzsche described a morality that flatters weakness and condemns what rises above the herd, while Orwell questioned whether some socialist intellectuals truly loved workers or simply used them to vent resentment. Rob Henderson calls these “luxury beliefs”: status-providing ideas for elites that impose costs on those below them. The moral prestige is immediate; the damage unfolds over decades. So “suicidal narcissism” may fit better than “suicidal empathy”: projection, superiority, and power disguised as compassion.

Inequality isn’t automatically injustice—people differ in intelligence, ability, effort, and circumstances—and “greed” isn’t uniquely capitalist. The deeper issue is human nature. Thomas Sowell contrasts visions where humans are inherently self-interested and society must channel those traits through institutions, versus visions where people are malleable enough for experts to remake society. Civilizational breakthroughs rarely come from central planning; central control doesn’t erase flaws, it relocates them. The businessman’s greed can become the bureaucrat’s, and the desire to manage markets can become the desire to dominate whole industries. Hayek warned that central planning tends toward coercion: redistributing wealth requires taking it, and enforcing plans requires people willing to use force. The result can be “mercy” that demands submission—comfort and certainty traded for freedom. The question is simple: where are the angels who will run society for us?

Marxism: A Religion of Destruction and Resentment Marxism is not an economic theory. It is a religion for destructive and resentful losers. The *Communist Manifesto* opens with spiritual language. Marx and Engels declare that “a specter is haunting Europe—the specter of communism”—and that “all the powers of old Europe have entered into a holy alliance” to exercise this specter. Academics and useful idiots claim that the doctrine aims to redistribute wealth in order to create a more equitable world, erasing the distinction between the haves and the have-nots. It is all about love and compassion, guys. Yet, in the roughly 12,000 words of the authorized *Communist Manifesto*, Marx does not use these words of positive affirmation. “Neighbor” is not mentioned, “redistribute” does not appear, and “love” is used twice—but not in reference to loving anybody else. Now consider the opposite. “Violent” or “violence” is used seven times; “overthrow,” nine times; “radical,” fifteen times; “force,” “forced,” or “forcible,” forty-seven times; and “abolish” or “abolition,” sixty-one times. The doctrine is presented as something achieved through violence, revolution, and theft. The one place Marx gets concrete is in his list of ten measures, and every one of them involves a seizure, a confiscation, or an abolition. Of the classless heaven that is supposedly meant to follow, he says almost nothing. Rather, writing to Arnold Ruge in September 1843, Marx claims that his program is “the ruthless criticism of all that exists”—that everything is worthy of criticism—and builds his work from there. Perhaps he was echoing a line from Goethe’s *Faust* that had caught his attention: “All that exists deserves to perish,” a line spoken by a devil. This is another pattern in Marx’s thought. He is not a reformer aiming to make a tweak here or there. His language is totalizing: all, every, everything. Marxists constantly claim that real communism has never been tried. They argue that totalitarian psychopaths such as Stalin, Mao, and Pol Pot were merely defects or deviations. Yet their attempts to control everything, down to thought itself, echo the dogma of the *Communist Manifesto*.

Olin ensimmäisessä työpaikassani 16-vuotiaana. Kokemus oli unohtumaton. Hotellialalla sain olla kansainvälisten ja kotimaisten vieraiden apuna. Opin myymään ja palvelemaan. Opin olemaan sopivan kärsivällinen ja sopivan kärsimätön. Opin kohtaamaan ihmisiä ilossa ja surussa, opin tervehtimään hymyllä kaikkia ihan automaationa. Tapasin hauskoja julkimoita kuten Spede Spasasen matkalla pelaamaan kasinoon ja ihmishirviöitä kuten Jasser Arafatin matkalla uusiin kauheuksiin. Hotellissa on tilaa monelle. Yövuoroissa heitettiin itsensä kaupustelijoita ulos ja päivävuorossa tervehdittiin lapsiperheitä. Opin pitämään naaman peruslukemilla vaikka päivän kymmenes huutaja oli ovella ja hiukset olivat toisen syljestä kaarella, opin myös olemaan ylpistymättä vuolaista kiitoksista koska uudet koitokset olivat kuitenkin hetikohta edessä. Kesän 1997 ikimuistoisimpia vieraita olivat ehdottomasti Suomen Tupperware-myyjien kokous, jossa avainkortit lensivät kaaressa aulassa tai se kun eräs julkkis vaati, että ehdottomasti pysäköin hänen autonsa vaikka kerroin olevani alaikäinen ja ajotaidoton. Lopputulos oli vähintäänkin upea; uudenkarhea AlfaRomeo auto koristi hienosti kellarin isoa betonista pilaria koko kyljen osalta nätisti kaarella. Koko kesänä ei tarvinnut koskea palkkaan kun taskut olivat täynnä tippejä, toisaalta syömiseen ei ollut aikaa eikä saanut istua asiakkaiden nähden, eli silloin ei siis istuttu. Selkä oli rikki amerikkalaisten risteilijöiden ja japanilaisten turistien laukuista mutta jenit ja dollarit korvasivat moninkertaisesti raajojen kärsimykset kestohymyillään. Opin tunnistamaan ihmiset maan ja pukeutumisen perusteella, mutta opin myös ennakkoluuloista. Kun viikon sadas englantia osaamaton japanilainen turistiopas katsoi minua kuin maailman suurinta idioottia ja sanoi hyvin hitaasti, äänekkäästi ja selvästi "ETKÖ SINÄ OSAA SUOMEA", tajusin etten vielä ymmärrä kaikkea ja opin nöyryyttä. Kerran heitin aulan sohvalla nukkuneen oopperan vierailevan kapellimestarin pihalle kun luulin häntä kodittomaksi. Boheemia taiteilijaelämää en silloinkaan tuntenut omakseni. Siitä hotelli sai valtavat "kiitokset" Oopperan johdolta jälkikäteen. Onneksi olin kuin syntynyt innokkaasti auttamaan ja palvelemaan muita ja olin työssäni valtavan pidetty. Kesähessun muutamista suurista kömmähdyksistä huolimatta sain tulla joka kesä takaisin. Kaikkea tätä oppia käytän edelleen työssäni ja osaan kohdata ilot ja surut, tervehtiä aina hymyllä vaikka aina ei hymyilyttäisikään. Kyllä se hymy sitten sieltä lopulta perille löytää itseenkin. Kiitos kokemuksista arvoisa Presidentti, olit ja olet monen oppiahjo ja vielä useamman tilapäinen koti. Kela-taksien hinnoista ja kaverin kummin viestintäkonsulttitoimiston palveluiden ostoista tuli mieleen 90-luvun loppu ja eräs helsinkiläinen levykauppa. Levykauppa oli pieni ja pyöritti toimintaansa 99% kivijalassa. Oli levykauppa joskus lehdessä vaatimattomana kertomassa, että jotain oli tehty ehkä oikein, kun ”näin monta vuotta ollaan oltu pystyssä”. Sitten tuli joku kilpailutuslaki tms. ja kävi ilmi, että tämä levykauppa oli hoitanut vuosien ajan äänilevymyynnit pääkaupunkiseutujen kirjastoille. Tai jotain vastaavaa. Sitten levykauppa oli taas lehdessä, nyt kertomassa, että jos hinnat kilpailutetaan, niin heillä ei pienenä toimijana ole mitään jakoa olla pelissä enää mukana, että se on lappu luukulle. Lehtijuttu ei tuonut vanhaa myyntikanavaa takaisin. Lappu pistettiin luukulle ja vähän mumistiin kuinka ahtaalle pistetään kaikki reilut jäppiset. Yrityksen lopettaminenhan ei ollut mitenkään pakollista. Kilpailutus vaan teki mahdottomaksi sen, että liikevaihdosta +90% tullut jonkun kultaisen kättä päälle -diilin kautta. Niiden rahojen eteenhän olisi pitänyt jumaliste tehdä jotain duunia jatkossa! Tuolla on paljon sellaista jengiä, jolla on kesämökit, veneet, prätkät ja ties mitkä rahaperseiden monumentit, jotka on maksettu käytännössä suoraan meidän verorahoistamme.
