After several days of reflection, GeoTales announced its return and stated that it wanted to refocus its account on science, which it presented as the origin of its identity and audience. It said it has more than 53,000 subscribers and aims for 100,000 "in a few months." It cited volcanology, seismology, natural disaster monitoring, and scientific discoveries among the topics it wished to address, as well as technological developments, notably artificial intelligence and its possible consequences. It said it wanted to explain these topics rigorously and without sensationalism, while making knowledge accessible to the largest number of people. GeoTales also stated that it deeply loves France. It mentioned its multiple origins, of which it is proud, and explained that France is the country where it grew up, built its life, and founded its family. It added that it intends to defend the country when it believes it is necessary to react, without making its account a political space. It thanked its ever-present subscribers and summarized its approach by stating that science was its compass and that France remained its home. #Science #GeoTales #France (translated)
