Thorsten Alsleben wrote that the head of the department responsible for the error he referred to as fatal in the tobacco tax was the former SPD and union official Bastian Fleig. Alsleben pointed to public criticism of Fleig's hip-hop past and controversial texts after Lars Klingbeil appointed him. If Klingbeil does not take responsibility himself, he should at least immediately dismiss Fleig, Alsleben demanded. #Tabaksteuer #Politik #Verantwortung (translated)

Jones Manoel said that he was at the Trombone Battle the day before and congratulated the organizers, especially Maria Dinda. He defended mobilization in the second round to defeat Flávio Bolsonaro and reelect Lula. Manoel stated that Flávio Bolsonaro was against rap battles, hip-hop culture, and the black population, and said that a government of his would increase repression and persecution of culture. The author added that, although rap was not partisan, it had a political side connected to the working class, the black population, and popular organization, and he advocated voting for Lula. Bally Bagayoko presented the launch of the Hip-Hop and Urban Cultures Festival of the New Town of Saint-Denis–Pierrefitte-sur-Seine as an evening focused on creation, commitment, and hope. He said that the city aimed to maintain a strong cultural ambition despite a difficult political and social context, which weakened local communities and tested cultural policies. He described culture as a right and a means of emancipation, and hip-hop and urban cultures as spaces for expression, encounter, and solidarity. According to him, the evening also allowed for affirming support for the mobilization of high school students on October 17. Bagayoko advocated for a convergence of struggles and generations around social justice, equality, dignity, and access to culture. #HipHop #CulturesUrbaines #SaintDenis #PierrefitteSurSeine #CulturePourToutesEtTous #Jeunesse #ConvergenceDesLuttes #FaireRenaîtreLEspoir #HipHop #CulturesUrbaines #Culture (translated)

Lucia-pulla stated that she had posed several questions to Said Awmuss, to which she had not received answers. She had asked, among other things, what kinds of hobbies Muslim girls could engage in and whether twerking, hip-hop, and ballet were acceptable. Additionally, she inquired about the attitude towards dating a Finnish Christian, marrying a Jew or a Hindu, and the Muslim Brotherhood. On the day of Aleksis Kivi and Finnish literature, Lucia-pulla asked what the Finnish language, literature, and culture meant to Said Awmuss, and urged him to discuss it with her. She also wrote that Islam was not a race or ethnicity but a religion or ideology, and considered discussing racism in this context misleading. According to her, no one is born a Muslim. #uskonto #kulttuuri #kysymykset (translated)

#Tupac #HipHop #Legendenstatus
