(TR) Lufthansa plans to exercise the option to purchase 49% of the shares of the Italian airline ITA Airways in June 2026. The seller is the Ministry of Economy and Finance, which will receive 325 million euros. The finalization of the transaction is dependent on the approvals of regulatory bodies in the EU.
