Marc-Olivier Beaudoin believed that the CH deserved to win and had played much better than the Sharks. However, he attributed the equalizing goal to a penalty by Xhekaj and the winning goal to a penalty by Dobes. In his opinion, indiscipline had once again cost the team the victory, which should learn a lesson from it. #Hockey #CH #Sports (translated)

Crispin Mazanza reported that the provincial director of national education of Haut-Katanga, Joseph Mwinkeu Tshiend, launched a training for school heads on good school governance and human rights on Monday, October 12, 2026, at the 30 June building in Lubumbashi. According to Mazanza, the session was led by Joseph Eric Muzuma, president of the International Dynamics of Human Rights Activists. He explained that education on human rights should instill dignity, equality, tolerance, and mutual respect in students, as well as help them understand their rights and duties. The program included a module on school governance based on rights, presented by university professor Samuel Minga Bope. It specifically covered legality, financial and administrative accountability, citizen participation, and equal opportunities without discrimination. The goal, according to Mazanza's report, was to promote transparent and participatory management in accordance with national and international legal frameworks related to children's rights. During the official launch, Mwinkeu Tshiend reminded school heads that their authority should be exercised in accordance with regulations and in service to students and the community. He urged them to concretely apply the lessons from the training in their administrative, educational, and pedagogical practices. Mazanza also reported that Muzuma believed that by the end of the session, participants would be better able to integrate human rights into school management, contribute to a safe and inclusive school environment, and prevent or peacefully resolve conflicts.

#Hockey #Discipline #Sport
