Who says that homosexuals can’t raise children to be the best they can be.  Most people have the same in the home, specially in the State of Texas, in that I mean, there is either a father raising their kid(s) by himself, and a mother raising her kid(s) by herself. Each person has the right to, Life Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness, and if that means adopting a child then so be it, whether or not they be homosexual, or heterosexual.  They still have the right to have a child. You wouldn’t say this person holds these amendments, while these few or so hold these. Its immoral, and again unconstitutional
