Sähköautojen akkukorjaussotkua kannattaa nyt katsoa vähän pintaa syvemmältä. Tässä alkaa olla aika mielenkiintoinen tapahtumaketju. Vuoden 2025 alkupuoliskolla Autotuojat ja -teollisuus ry ilmoitti avoimuusrekisteriin vaikuttamisensa aiheeksi suoraan: ”Sähköautojen ja akkujen korjaustoimenpiteiden säännöt.” Tammikuussa 2026 Traficomin Timo Ojala kertoi Ylelle, että paine Traficomin sähköautojen korjausohjeistuksen laatimiseen tuli autoalan toimijoilta. Kesäkuussa Suomen Autokierrätys esitti virallisesti, että ajovoima-akkujen sisäiset korjaukset tehtäisiin luvanvaraisiksi ja korjaukset dokumentoitaisiin sähköiseen järjestelmään. Autotuojat ja -teollisuus esitti käytännössä samaa. Ja sitten kiinnostava yksityiskohta: AutoLoop Oy on Autotuojat ja -teollisuuden sekä Suomen Autokierrätyksen perustama yhtiö. AutoLoop tarjoaa itse mm. elinkaari- ja alustapalveluja, tiedonhallintaa, raportointia, järjestelmäintegraatioita ja viranomaisyhteistyötä. En väitä tässä mitään salaliittoa. Ei tarvitse. Dokumentit itsessään antavat aivan riittävästi aihetta kysymyksille. Keitä olivat Traficomin tarkoittamat ”autoalan toimijat”? Miksi EU-sääntelyn päälle halutaan Suomessa oma akkukorjaamolupa? Miksi halutaan pakollinen sähköinen dokumentointijärjestelmä? Kuka järjestelmän rakentaisi, kuka sitä hallinnoisi ja millä menettelyllä toimittaja valittaisiin? Ja ennen kaikkea: miksi riippumattoman korjaamon turvallisesti tekemä OEM-akkukorjaus uhkaa muuttua ympäristölupien, jätestatuksen, tuottajavastuun ja valmistajavastuun viidakoksi, samalla kun autonvalmistajan ratkaisu voi olla koko kymmenien tuhansien eurojen akun vaihtaminen? Tässä eduskunnan pitää olla nyt hereillä. Me riippumattomat korjaamot investoimme parhaillaan valtavia summia HV-koulutukseen, diagnostiikkaan, akkutyökaluihin, mittalaitteisiin ja turvallisiin työtiloihin. Ei käy, että ensin korjaamoala investoi sähköautojen korjaamiseen ja sen jälkeen kansallisella lisäsääntelyllä vedetään matto jalkojen alta. Turvallisuus kyllä. Osaaminen kyllä. Valvonta kyllä.
