Slaap nu gemiddeld 2-3 uur per nacht sinds 4 maanden en alleen Lorezepam geeft wat slaap. En dat soort medicatie is een hele slechte lange termijn oplossing, wat ook weer voor piekeren en angst zorgt. Daarnaast is mijn vrouw er ook niet al te best aan toe door mijn crash + het Iran familietrauma van de laatste tijd. Het ergste is nog dat we iedere dag proberen te overleven voor de kinderen en je het gevoel hebt er niet te kunnen zijn voor ze. Het is bizar hoe het leven van het een op het andere moment in een crisissituatie kan belanden. Hopen op betere tijden! Beetje een wanhopig verhaal, maar aangezien jullie om een update vragen zal ik eerlijk zijn. Het gaat zwaar klote!
