Update zur mutmaßlichen Gruppenvergewaltigung in Zeven/Gnarrenburg: Das Verfahren wegen Vergewaltigung einer 14-Jährigen gegen einen Niederländer (16), einen Iraner (18) mit "dicker Akte beim Jugendamt" und einen Syrer (15) wurde eingestellt, weil sich "das Mädchen nicht genug wehrte". Trotz Aussagen eines Tatverdächtigen wie: "Ich schwöre auf den Koran: Ich wurde bedroht, das zu machen, wurde sozusagen auch vergewaltigt, war auch noch Jungfrau." Das Opfer, Frida, war bei der Vergewaltigung starr vor Angst. Das wurde nun als "nicht genug gewehrt" ausgelegt. Zudem hätte sie ja noch ihr Handy gehabt und war somit nicht schutzlos. Die Anwältin des Opfers will jetzt in die nächsthöhere Instanz gehen. Brisant: Gegen einen Tatverdächtigen wird wegen einer weiteren Vergewaltigung einer ebenfalls 14-Jährigen ermittelt. Zuständig ist in den Fällen übrigens die Staatsanwaltschaft Stade. Der Fall ist also noch offen. Ob und was weiter passiert allerdings auch.
