❌ Zaczyna się robić ciekawie. Powinni to przeczytać wszyscy Polacy! Właśnie wyszło na jaw, że za z pozoru spontanicznym oddolnym społecznym poparciem ustawy zwanej „Lex szarlatan” (którą na szczęście odrzucił prezydent) stoi... Big Pharma i Biuro Rzecznika Praw Pacjenta (RPP). Okazało się bowiem, że to właśnie w Biurze RPP powstał szablon „niezależnego apelu”, który organizacje pacjenckie masowo kierowały do Prezydenta RP jako „własne stanowisko” popierające ustawę. Problem pojawił się, gdy sprawdzono metadane dokumentu/apelu. Jako autorzy mieli w nich figurować: - Pani Joanna Niewiadomska, która jest główną specjalistką w Departamencie Współpracy Biura Rzecznika Praw Pacjenta; - Pan Bartosz Lobba, wcześniej związany z NASK, a według przytoczonych informacji posiadający udziały w podmiocie leczniczym NZOZ Med Expert oraz zasiadający w organach nadzorczych różnych podmiotów medycznych. Sprawa robi się jeszcze ciekawsza, gdy spojrzymy na organizacje, które... podpisały apel. Jedną z osób jest przewodniczący Rady Organizacji Pacjentów przy Ministrze Zdrowia i jednocześnie prezes Instytutu Praw Pacjenta i Edukacji Zdrowotnej - instytutu, który w 2025 r. miał otrzymać między innymi od producenta szczepionek Merck: 1 200 896 zł, od Pfizer: 185 tys. zł, a... na liście firm wspierających znalazły się również: AstraZeneca i koncern farmaceutyczny GlaxoSmithKline. Wszystko wskazuje na to, że mamy do czynienia z patologiczną sytuacją wymagającą poważnych wyjaśnień. Czy chodzi bowiem o głos pacjentów, czy o reżyserowane „oddolne poparcie” ustawy przez ludzi związanych z koncernami? Państwowy urząd nie jest agencją PR! Koncerny farmaceutyczne nie mogą pozostawać niewidocznym tłem debaty o przepisach dotyczących rynku, na którym same zarabiają miliardy. Jeżeli urząd rzeczywiście pisał „oddolne” apele, które następnie podpisywały organizacje finansowane przez przemysł farmaceutyczny, to społeczeństwo ma prawo poznać cały mechanizm: kto przygotował dokument, kto go rozsyłał, kto zachęcał do podpisania, które organizacje go otrzymały i kto finansuje ich działalność? Bo oddolny głos społeczeństwa ma sens tylko wtedy, kiedy naprawdę pochodzi z dołu. A ten poszedł z worka. Z pieniędzmi. #LexSzarlatan #BigPharma #PrawaPacjentów
