The real estate buyer wrote that he had been involved in the real estate market for eleven years and began to publicly present himself under his own name at the end of 2022. In mid-2023, he stated that he started to point out that property prices had already fallen sufficiently, and his team began to buy. A year later, he claimed it turned out that they were buying almost at the bottom of the market. He noted that since the end of 2023, they had been making one acquisition after another and at the same time helped nearly 70 families acquire their own housing. By the end of 2024, he said he started to limit investment purchases because prices were distancing from economic reality and purchasing power. In 2025, he described the market as less rational and began to publicly recommend selling some properties. By the end of the year, according to him, they sold more than they bought, and properties that no longer made sense in terms of returns and costs were mostly sold at peak market prices. The real estate buyer stated that some clients had approved mortgages with a rate around 4.4% and at least a two-year term for drawing. He also wrote that the number of apartments on the public market increased by 35% and mortgage rates reached 5.4%. He added that his experience led him to encourage people to rely on their own judgment when making decisions, but to be prepared to bear the consequences of any mistake. #nemovitosti #investice #realitnítrh (translated)

"For the year 2026, we purchased more than 60 percent of gas from a producer in Romania. The rest, about 30 to 40 percent, we obtained from various traders on the European market. We do not have an active contract with any Russian entity for the supply of Russian gas," said Moldovan Minister of Energy Dorin Junghietu. "This is how the system was designed back in Soviet times: to retain a certain lever in the electricity grid through which Moldova could be controlled," Junghieta noted that Moldova's vulnerable position was part of a well-thought-out plan by Moscow. #Moldavsko #energie #EU (translated)

Matias Turkkila wrote that according to the morning poll, the Finns Party had surpassed the National Coalition Party. He criticized Yle's choice to give the result and the difficult situation of the National Coalition Party for analysis to Tulikukka de Fresnes, who had worked for a leftist party newspaper. According to Turkkila, the analysis focused on criticism of the government and racism. Turkkila referred to a previous EVA study, according to which Yle was, in his opinion, more left-leaning than the main supporter of the Left Alliance, Kansan Uutiset. He previously thought that journalists who had worked at Kansan Uutiset would move Yle to the left, but now believed they were shifting it to the center. #politiikka #media #Suomi (translated)

The newspaper P – Paukner Media claimed that the Kolín company Draslovka continued to operate in the Russian market despite a statement from March 2022 about halting supplies to Russia. It identified Jan Dobrovský as a co-owner, describing him as a significant supporter of the STAN movement and other politicians. The author stated that according to a study by the Russian institute Агентство Плодородия, Draslovka's exports to Russia increased from 300 tons of pesticides worth $500,000 in 2021 to 1,000 tons for $1.9 million in 2022. Records from the customs database Volza reportedly also captured shipments of the product Retacel 750 in 2022, including three shipments of 21,396 units, valued at $49,817.25, $49,414.29, and $49,168.93. The post further claimed that Draslovka made additional supplies in 2023 and obtained an extension of its license to sell pesticides in Russia until 2034 in 2024. According to the author, the company collaborated with Russian authorities during the licensing process, and its products were sold to both farmers and retail in Russia. The newspaper P – Paukner Media also stated that the owners of Draslovka and Dobrovský supported political entities and personalities that, according to him, acted against Russia. It attributed a donation of over 300,000 crowns to Dobrovský for Petr Pavel and noted that the group BPD Partners was the largest patron of STAN. In 2025, Dobrovský was reported to contribute 1.7 million crowns to the movement from his own funds. The author also mentioned support for the coalition SPOLU, Danuše Nerudová, and Jan Farský. The post criticized the contradiction between the declared termination of operations in Russia and the described supplies and licensing process. It noted that neither the group BPD Partners nor Draslovka responded to its inquiries about business in Russia. It also asked whether STAN or the coalition SPOLU would take a stance on their supporter’s business activities. #RuskáFederace #Politika #STAN (translated)
