Primul: banii erau grant, nu împrumut. Nerambursabili. Mergeau în infrastructură, sănătate, rețele. Proiectele nu dispar odată cu ei, doar se mută pe datorie. Diferența o plătim din taxe. Și vom plati cu indesat. La fondurile europene nu aveam dobândă. La banii de la buget vom plati toti taxe si dobânzi iar procurorii anti-coruptie vor verifica sau nu cutiile de pantofi.
