Dar in lumea oamenilor simpli, PNRR se traduce așa: 🟩 a construit Autostrada Moldovei; 🟩 a modernizat 50 de locomotive, 64 de vagoane și 1500 km de cale ferată; 🟩 a ridicat 7 spitale noi; 🟩 a dotat România cu 1.200 ambulanțe moderne; 🟩 a finanțat 25 unități de terapie intensivă neonatală; 🟩 a construit sau renovat 78 de centre comunitare integrate; 🟩 a susținut peste 2.000 de cabinete ale medicilor de familie; 🟩 a construit 885 de unități locative pentru tineri din comunități marginalizate; 🟩 a construit 124 de centre de zi pentru copii, 28 de centre de recuperare pentru persoane cu dizabilități și 41 de centre de zi și recuperare pentru vârstnici; 🟩 a adăugat peste 90 kilometri de rețele de apă și de canalizare; 🟩 a renovat energetic peste 3 milioane mp de clădiri rezidențiale și 1,3 milioane mp clădiri publice în toată țara; 🟩 a dotat peste 60.000 de gospodării cu panouri fotovoltaice și peste 13.800 de case cu renovare și panouri; 🟩 a împădurit peste 20.000 de hectare și peste 130.000 metri pătrați de păduri urbane; 🟩 a construit peste 5000 de insule ecologice digitalizate; 🟩 a adăugat producție de peste 1.000 de megawați energie regenerabilă pentru România; 🟩 a dotat peste 4000 de școli cu laboratoare moderne și peste 5000 de școli cu echipamente tehnologice; 🟩 a modernizat aproape 94.000 de săli de clasă, cabinete școlare și alte spații educaționale; 🟩 a construit 60.000 mp în școli verzi nou înființate; 🟩 a ridicat 110 creșe și a creat un număr de locuri pentru copii peste ținta de 4.500 stabilită prin program; 🟩 a susținut elevii vulnerabili din școlile unde abandonul era mare; 🟩 a finanțat digitalizarea universităților; 🟩 a finanțat sau garantat dezvoltarea a peste 6000 de IMM și start-up-uri și a mobilizat 2,4 miliarde de euro în fonduri de equity; 🟩 și multe, multe altele. În ciuda sabotajului marcă înregistrată PSD, Guvernul condus de Ilie Bolojan a reușit să asigure absorbția din PNRR a peste 90% din banii europeni nerambursabili și peste 95% pe componenta de împrumuturi. Politicienii care critică azi succesul PNRR-ului în România sunt doar supărați pentru că n-au putut să-l prăduiască. Mulțumesc echipei din Ministerul Investițiilor și Proiectelor Europene și tuturor colegilor din guvern și din administrație care au muncit din greu ca să transformăm PNRR dintr-un eșec major, așa cum era când am preluat ministerul anul trecut, într-un succes european, așa cum îl încheiem acum.
