Dort heißt es: „Auch in diesem Jahr laden wir Black Kids herzlich zu unseren Sommerferienprogrammen ein. - Tonstudio-Session“: Dort wird ebenfalls nur die „Black Youth“ adressiert. „Lernt Musikproduktion und Audiotechnik kennen, nehmt Gesang oder Instrumente auf und genießt in künstlerischer Atmosphäre unter Schwarzen jungen Menschen die Vibes und die Musik“. EOTO wird von folgenden Stellen mit deutschen Steuergeldern unterstützt: • Bundesministerium für Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend (BMFSFJ) – vor allem über das Programm „Demokratie leben!“ (seit 2017 laufend, Strukturförderung zum bundeszentralen Träger) • Senatsverwaltung für Arbeit, Soziales, Gleichstellung, Integration, Vielfalt und Antidiskriminierung (Berliner Senat) • Senatsverwaltung für Bildung, Jugend und Familie (Berlin) • Open Society Foundations Weitere Förderungen kommen u. a. von der Bundeszentrale für politische Bildung (bpb) und aus anderen Bundes- und Landesmitteln (z. B. für das CommUnity Zentrum CUZ). Für das CUZ (Community-Zentrum) gab es 2024 allein aus dem Haushalt des Beauftragten der Bundesregierung für Kultur und Medien rund 2,7 Mio. €; insgesamt flossen in das Projekt (Senat, Bund, Lottomittel) ca. 10,5 Mio. €.
