Przeciętny Polak - 0,3%. W USA po dziadku dostajesz w spadku pakiet akcji makdonalda, kupiony w latach 60. W Polsce słoik gwoździ, kawalerkę w wielkiej płycie i garaż za blokami. Bez LVT grunty są wyceniane "po ile sprzedadzą się wybudowane tu mieszkania". Zresztą to kolejny token, można trzymać 15 lat niezabudowane i rozliczać w sprawozdaniach jako "bank ziemi". Bez katastru czy podatku od pustostanów to mieszkanie po ciotce leży i 10 lat. W Warszawie liczba pustostanów przekracza 200k, w Krakowie 70k, pieron wie ile w innych miastach, bo nikt nie robi nawet rzetelnego spisu. V roce 1990 se narodilo 130 000 dětí. V roce 1999 to bylo 89 000 dětí. Plodnost tak během 90. let klesla z 1,9 na 1,13. Tyto děti jsou dnes dospělé a v minulém roce vyprodukovaly 77 000 potomků s plodností 1,28 a všichni jsou z toho zděšení. Společenské téma k řešení to bezesporu je. Jen je trochu komické sledovat, jak se nad tím nejvíc pohoršuje generace, za které porodnost dramaticky klesla a která té dnešní připravila dárečky v podobě krize bydlení, nedostavěné infrastruktury a státu, který si musí půjčovat i na uživení vlastních důchodů. Volgens het CBS steeg het aandeel moslims van ongeveer 5 procent in 2010 naar 7 procent in 2024. Onder 15- tot 25-jarigen ligt dat aandeel rond de 14 procent, onder 65-plussers onder de 1 procent. Die leeftijdsopbouw betekent dat cohortvervanging de bevolkingssamenstelling de komende decennia zal beïnvloeden. Hoe sterk, hangt af van migratie, vruchtbaarheid en secularisatie. Dat bewijst geen ‘omvolking’, maar ondersteunt evenmin zonder meer de stelling dat het aandeel vanzelf rond de 5 à 6 procent blijft. To samo zrobiła prawica w Anglii, przekonując do Brexitu, bo milion ciężko pracujących i uczciwych imigrantów z Polski to rzekomo tragedia. Więc wyszli z UE.
