A je to moc dobře. Z pohledu politologie jde o klíčový projev autonomie poslaneckého mandátu. Zahraniční politiku státu netvoří pouze vládní většina. Parlamentní diplomacie má sloužit jako nezávislý kanál, který udržuje strategická spojenectví i ve chvílích, kdy se exekutiva zdráhá konat. Pro Ukrajinu, která se brání ruské agresi, mají tyto návštěvy nesmírnou symbolickou i praktickou váhu. Vysílají jasný signál: Česko není reprezentováno pouze proruskými hlasy a populistickým oportunismem, ale má politiky pevně ukotvené v demokratickém světě. Tento krok přesně odděluje státnickou odvahu od alibismu. Zatímco dezinformační scéna a dezoláti šíří lži o papalášství, na místě se řeší skutečná témata, jako jsou ukrajinské děti unesené Ruskem. Unregelmäßigkeiten und Manipulationen bei der Briefwahl: In Frankfurt sind Hosai Zarif-Ander, Feyyaz Çetiner, Avi Shefatja und Dijana Avdic dank auffällig vieler Briefwahlstimmen in den Frankfurter Römer eingezogen. Es gibt sogar personelle Überschneidungen mit dem Umfeld eines früheren Wahlbetrugs. Die Ermittlungen dazu laufen. (Zur Erklärung: Bei der Kommunalwahl zu panaschieren, heißt: Die Stimmen dürfen über verschiedene Listen verteilt werden.) Auch die Landtagswahl in Sachsen-Anhalt hat uns bereits gute Argumente dafür geliefert, die Briefwahl wieder auf begründete Ausnahmefälle zu beschränken (ich erinnere an den Fall mit der 95-jährigen dementen Dame). Mich würden weitere „Auffälligkeiten“ jedenfalls nicht überraschen. Deutschland gehört zu gerade einmal vier EU-Staaten mit allgemeiner Briefwahl trotz (oder wegen?) zahlreicher Schwachstellen.
