J’ai eu le plaisir de lancer l’événement de la Ligue islamique mondiale consacré à l’éthique de l’intelligence artificielle, dans ses deux dimensions religieuse et civilisationnelle, avec le soutien et la participation de haut niveau des Nations Unies, dans le cadre de la Semaine de haut niveau de la 81ᵉ session de son Assemblée générale, à New York. J’ai également eu le plaisir d’accueillir les représentants des plus grandes entreprises d’intelligence artificielle des États-Unis, de la Banque mondiale, de prestigieuses universités américaines, ainsi que les principaux candidats au poste de Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, ainsi qu’un grand nombre de personnalités religieuses, intellectuelles, politiques et universitaires, et de centres d’études spécialisés dans la recherche sur l’éthique de l’intelligence artificielle. Je me suis tout autant réjoui de la recommandation formulée par la conférence de confier à l’Alliance des civilisations des Nations Unies l’élaboration du code de l’Alliance des civilisations pour l’éthique de l’intelligence artificielle ( UNAOC, code of Ethics for AI ), ainsi que de l’acceptation de cette recommandation par l’Alliance. Dans le cadre de cet événement, j’ai annoncé que la Ligue islamique mondiale lancera, en coopération avec plusieurs entreprises technologiques, un laboratoire d’intelligence artificielle chargé de développer des programmes destinés aux institutions religieuses, éducatives et humanitaires œuvrant dans le domaine religieux. J’ai également annoncé que la Ligue œuvrera à la numérisation d’un certain nombre de sources et d’ouvrages islamiques et arabes afin de les rendre accessibles aux entreprises d’intelligence artificielle, dans le respect des droits de propriété intellectuelle. J’ai enfin annoncé la création d’une unité spéciale chargée de détecter et de corriger les erreurs de traduction. De nombreuses erreurs ont en effet été relevées dans la traduction de certains textes islamiques et des sciences qui leur sont liées, dans certains contenus générés par l’intelligence artificielle. Sérieusement est-ce qu’on peut arrêter deux secondes ? Le sujet n’est absolument pas l’IA. Thélyson Orélien est un faussaire qui a profité des privilèges que lui octroyait l’élite bien-pensante depuis 15 ans grâce à ses origines, son histoire et le sujet de ses textes. Après avoir passé sa carrière à voler des textes et des prix, ceci largement avant l’apparition des IA (puisqu’il plagiait déjà des auteurs en 2012), son premier réflexe, une fois démasqué, aura été d’accuser le public français de racisme. Le sujet n’est pas l’IA mais l’effondrement moral et intellectuel de ceux qui prétendent faire autorité en matière de culture. Ils ne sont que des pantins matés par la pression sociale. Vernissage du livre « Le développement de l’Afrique au travers du Contenu Local : Cas de la RDC » : l’auteur Miguel Kashal rend hommage au combat du Président Félix Tshisekedi pour la souveraineté économique de la RDC La salle des cérémonies du Fleuve Congo Hôtel a accueilli le vernissage du premier ouvrage congolais consacré au contenu local avec la préface de l’ancien Président nigérian Olusegun Obasanjo et la postface de l'ancien Président ghanéen Nana Akufo-Addo. De Koran werd gezongen tijdens de opening van het academiejaar aan de Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, een universiteit met eeuwenoude wortels in de katholieke traditie. Men noemt dit inclusiviteit. Ik noem het culturele zelfverloochening. De Koran is voor moslims het woord van Allah. En in diezelfde Koran staan verzen die geweld tegen ongelovigen voorschrijven of legitimeren. Dat alleen al maakt het ronduit problematisch om zulke teksten als intellectuele of culturele opening van een academische plechtigheid te gebruiken, alsof het om een universeel symbool van tolerantie zou gaan. Een universiteit hoort religieuze teksten niet kritiekloos als symbool van inclusiviteit te presenteren wanneer delen ervan rechtstreeks botsen met de principes van individuele vrijheid, gelijkheid en mensenrechten. En nee, de Katholieke Universiteit Leuven hoeft niet ‘neutraal’ te zijn. Het is een katholieke universiteit. Ze mag katholiek zijn. Ze mag haar christelijke identiteit uitdragen. Daar is niets mis mee. Wat wél beschamend is, is dat een universiteit met zo’n eeuwenoude christelijke geschiedenis haar eigen identiteit steeds verder lijkt te relativeren en vervolgens de Koran als teken van inclusiviteit naar voren schuift. Europa heeft een christelijke culturele erfenis. Die hoeven we niet weg te verstoppen om inclusief te zijn. Tolerantie betekent niet dat je alles kritiekloos moet aanvaarden. Inclusiviteit betekent niet dat je je eigen identiteit moet uitwissen. En respect voor andere religies betekent niet dat je moet zwijgen over ideeën die fundamenteel botsen met onze waarden. Wie voortdurend zijn eigen cultuur relativeert, creëert ruimte voor anderen om haar te veranderen. Dit is geen vooruitgang. Лидираща роля имат европейските преселници в САЩ. Многобройността на интелектуалното население е много важно за проявленията на интелектуалността. Това е точно като критичната маса при атомния взрив. Руснаците са най-интелектуални, но те нямат механизма осъществяващ иновациите свободната пазарна икономика. Творческа икономика може да има само при ниски данъци и свобода от опеката на властта. Двигател са супер високите печалби. Нови открития се внедряват в практиката защото те са най-печеливши. Високото данъчно облагане което е в полза на властта, изземва парите на икономиката и на гражданите, което убива производството, потреблението и творческите иновации в икономиката, в следствие на възможността успешните, конкурентни фирми да имат свръх печалби.
