Roni Arvonen said that the story of the Kuuntelija podcast began unknowingly in the spring of 2021 when he was depressed. He mentioned becoming accustomed to the mockery he received online, forgiving his critics, and thanking them for the attention. According to Arvonen, the actions of his own party colleagues from the National Coalition felt particularly hurtful at that time, and he felt they continued their criticism long after he had already hit rock bottom. He described gradually rising from that difficult situation through weightlifting and judo training. Arvonen expressed his gratitude to the National Coalition for the spring of 2021 and stated that he is now living the best time of his life. He cited as reasons his healthy young child, his wife, and the opportunity to work full-time on his own talk show. #kuuntelijapodcast #elämäntarinoita #masennus (translated)
