Złożyliśmy wniosek do NIK Wnosimy o przeprowadzenie kontroli doraźnej, w tym kontroli sprawdzającej, w Biurze Rzecznika Praw Pacjenta i Ministerstwie Zdrowia w związku z ustawą określaną jako „lex szarlatan”. Powody są poważne: - wcześniejsze kontrole NIK wykazały przewlekłość, naruszenia procedur i problemy organizacyjne w Biurze RPP - RPP współtworzył projekt, który przyznaje mu nowe, wyjątkowo dotkliwe kompetencje - nie przedstawiono operacyjnej metodologii ustalania „aktualnej wiedzy medycznej” - nie wykazano systemu kontroli niezależności ekspertów i konfliktów interesów - nie przedstawiono rzetelnych danych o skali szkód ani analizy mniej ingerujących rozwiązań - odpowiedzi MZ i RPP na kluczowe pytania nadeszły dopiero u schyłku procesu legislacyjnego i ujawniły, że części podstawowych dokumentów oraz analiz nie wytworzono.
