Spolek "Společnost pro ochranu svobody projevu" (SOSP) měl ovlivňovat znění evropského nařízení DSA a podávat připomínky k jeho zapracování do české legislativy. Reakce? Všichni šílí, Seznam pro jistotu vypublikoval hned tři články střídající se na titulní straně, redaktoři pohoršeně zaplavují sítě příspěvky a vyzývají k odsouzení naprosto bezprecedentního vměšování se do státních záležitostí. https://t.co/KeX1IFoD6k Má to být nezákonný lobbing. Stálo to přes 600 tisíc korun. Neziskovka dokument nejen, že sepsala, ale dokonce jej za resort obhajovala v takzvaném připomínkovém řízení s dalšími resorty. Poslední jmenovaný jaksi zvlčel a ministerstvo fakticky řídil. Brojí proti DSA, Chat Control, Agora EU, RRS a dalším nařízením Evropské komise? Ne, to je ideologicky špatně. Jiná nezisková organizace ovlivňuje zákony? Píše národní strategické dokumenty, fabrikuje studie ovlivňující energetickou bezpečnost? Aha, ona prosazuje bezemisní ekonomiku a je financovaná těmi správnými "klimaticky" přívětivými investory, navíc jí vedou naši oblíbení Zelení... To je, samozřejmě, ideologicky naprosto čisté. Jako lobbisté přitom nejsou zapsáni ani členové SOSP, ale ani členové neziskovky Fakta o klimatu. A takhle se, vážení, rodí autocenzura.
