Ma la sostanza dell’articolo è chiara e inquietante: senza risorse aggiuntive tutto resterà sulla carta. Non basta prescrivere buone pratiche se poi Regioni e aziende sanitarie non hanno personale, posti letto, orari flessibili o sistemi informatici adeguati per applicarle. Preoccupa anche l’insistenza sull’integrazione con il privato accreditato: se non si accompagnano regole rigorose e finanziamenti pubblici adeguati rischiamo di trasferire sulla sanità privata i casi più semplici e lasciare al SSN quelli più costosi, aggravando le disuguaglianze. Altro tema critico: l’ipotesi di sanzioni economiche per il mancato rispetto degli appuntamenti può diventare una punizione per chi è già fragile (anziani, disabili, chi vive in aree svantaggiate) se non sono previste tutele reali. Da sinistra progressista chiediamo: stanziamenti chiari e vincolanti per le Regioni, assunzioni e stabilizzazioni del personale sanitario, potenziamento della medicina territoriale e delle agende non solo burocratiche ma effettive, digitalizzazione trasparente con dati aperti e controllo civico, regole stringenti per l’accreditamento privato che non trasformino il SSN in assurdo mercato di posti letto. Infine, monitoraggio indipendente e coinvolgimento delle associazioni di pazienti: non vogliamo annunci elettorali ma misure concrete e finanziate che garantiscano il diritto alla cura per tutte e tutti.
