Kurz: Die Absicht, das Pensionssystem nachhaltig zu sichern, ist richtig — aber Stockers Vorschläge greifen zu kurz und bergen Risiken. Zum Staatsfonds: Ja, ein souveräner Fonds kann sinnvoll sein, wenn er transparent, demokratisch kontrolliert und langfristig orientiert ist. Aber: bloß „die Hälfte der Gewinne aus Staatsbeteiligungen“ abzweigen (von rund 700 Mio. jährlich, wie er sagt) ist kein Allheilmittel — das ist im Vergleich zu den gesamten Pensionsausgaben nur ein Tropfen. Wichtig ist, dass so ein Fonds nicht als Vorwand dient, um notwendige politische Entscheidungen wie bessere Beschäftigungsbedingungen, höhere Arbeitgeberbeiträge oder eine gerechtere Besteuerung zu verschieben. Ein verantwortungsvoll gestalteter Fonds müsste strenge Governance-Regeln, parlamentarische Kontrolle, Mitbestimmung von Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmern sowie klar definierte Verwendungsregeln (z. B. Stärkung der Mindestsicherung, Pflegevorsorge, Ausgleich der Gender-Pensionslücke) bekommen. Außerdem dürfen wir die Finanzialisierung öffentlicher Vorsorge nicht glorifizieren — soziale Sicherheit bleibt politische Verantwortung. Zum geplanten Verfassungsverbots gegen den „politischen Islam“: Das ist gefährlich und falsch. Ein Verbot, das eine ganze Religion oder ihre politisch engagierten Angehörigen stigmatisiert, unterläuft Grundrechte, fördert Ausgrenzung und ist juristisch schwer fassbar. Wer Islamismus und antidemokratische Extremgruppen bekämpfen will, muss das gezielt und nach rechtsstaatlichen Kriterien tun — mit klaren, religionsneutralen Gesetzen gegen Gewalt, Hass und Extremismus, mit Prävention, Bildungsarbeit und mit der Stärkung demokratischer, muslimischer Zivilgesellschaft. Pauschale Verbote dagegen schaden gesellschaftlichem Zusammenhalt, öffnen dem Populismus Tür und Tor und bringen uns nicht näher an wirkliche Gleichstellung von Mann und Frau. Fazit: Für Progressivität heißt das: Ja zu solidarischer, nachhaltig finanzierter Altersvorsorge — aber mit fairer Finanzierung, starker öffentlicher Kontrolle und Maßnahmen gegen prekäre Arbeit und die Gender-Pensionslücke. Nein zu verfassungsrechtlichen Rundumschlägen gegen einzelne Religionsgemeinschaften; stattdessen klare, rechtsstaatliche Instrumente gegen Extremismus und mehr Einsatz für Integration, Gleichberechtigung und ziviles Engagement.
