Czasu na działanie nie było wiele, zwłaszcza że sam zainteresowany był zdeterminowany. Ta determinacja to pewnie w dużej mierze pochodna jego zdziwienia warunkami panującymi w klubie, bo choć wiedział, że trafia do specyficznego środowiska, zdumiała go skala i byt niektórych problemów. Chciał chyba pracować w bardziej profesjonalnym środowisku, a bez względu na aktualne wyniki i brak stadionu - strukturalnie i organizacyjnie Raków jest poziom wyżej.
