EL NUEVO OPERADOR TENDRÁ OBLIGACIONES DE INVERSIÓN POR MÁS DE US$ 2.000 MILLONES EN LOS PRIMEROS 5 AÑOS El Ministerio de Economía realizó hoy el acto de apertura de las ofertas técnicas del cual participaron dos oferentes. El proceso contempla la venta de la totalidad de las acciones estatales, correspondientes al 90% de la empresa, un exigente plan obligatorio de inversiones y expansión del servicio y una presencia de oferentes tanto nacionales como internacionales. El futuro operador estará obligado a cumplir con las obligaciones de inversión de más de US$ 2.000 millones en 5 años, que implicarán una expansión y mejora en la calidad del servicio prestado. Además, durante el primer ciclo de cinco años el esquema establece que el nivel tarifario vigente al momento de su presentación se mantenga constante en términos reales. Con este hito, el sector privado asume la operación y las obligaciones de inversión y expansión previstas en el contrato. Esto significa más obras, más inversiones, más seguridad y menos costos para todos los argentinos.
