#mRNAvaccine #oncology #cancerresearch

I believe AI models could eventually design end-to-end pipelines for mRNA therapeutics in both cancer and autoimmune diseases. In personalized cancer vaccines, the pipeline could look like this: Tumor WES/RNA-seq → somatic mutation identification → mutant allele expression → #AIMedicine #mRNAtherapeutics #CancerResearch #Therearenospecificcountriesmentionedinthetweetprovided. Therefore #theresponseisempty.
