Картата за градския транспорт влиза в телефона ви. Пускаме мобилното приложение Sofia 2 Go, с което превозните документи могат да влязат директно в дигиталния портфейл. Ето как работи: Ако имате персонализирана карта, можете да я добавите в приложението и в Google Wallet. Така тя е винаги с вас, в телефона, и се използва директно на валидатора, без физическа пластика. Ако нямате карта, можете да създадете виртуална неперсонализирана. Зареждате я с избран превозен документ (билет 30/60+, дневна карта и др.) и я използвате дигитално. Приложението позволява и дистанционно зареждане на повече от един превозен документ, което би могло да улесни корпоративните клиенти. В момента приложението е налично за Android устройства. Предстои верификацията за Apple, но към днешна дата то все още не е активно за тази платформа. Пускаме го в тестова версия, защото вярваме, че най-добрите дигитални услуги се създават заедно с хората. Ще разчитаме на обратната връзка на гражданите, за да го подобряваме системно. Важно е да подчертая, че това не отменя физическата карта, а само добавя допълнителна възможност. Тази стъпка е част от по-широка политика за дигитализация на процесите, отваряне на данни и създаване на услуги заедно с гражданите.
