Veamos qué pasó en realidad. El Fondo de Reserva de la Seguridad Social nació con la Ley 24/1997, de 15 de julio, de Consolidación y Racionalización del Sistema de la Seguridad Social, y quedó regulado por la Ley 28/2003, de 29 de septiembre. El fondo recibía los excedentes de ingresos que financiaban las prestaciones contributivas y los gastos de gestión de estas. Como eran años de bonanza económica y la población era mucho más joven, el fondo creció entre 2000 y 2010. Pero la crisis de 2008 redujo las cotizaciones sociales y el envejecimiento de la población elevó el gasto, de modo que, a partir de 2011, el fondo empezó a menguar hasta quedar casi vacío en 2022. Desde entonces, vuelve a crecer gracias a las aportaciones del Mecanismo de Equidad Intergeneracional, aunque ya he explicado en otras ocasiones que ese aumento es un fraude contable. Nadie sacó del fondo un solo euro para los bancos, ni para la defensa, ni para las comunidades autónomas, ni para la Corona, ni para las inversiones públicas, ni para la ayuda exterior, ni para nada. Cada disposición fue a las nóminas de los pensionistas. El 100% de todo el dinero. A pocas personas en España les cae Rajoy peor que a mí: fue un político nefasto y un cobarde que ni siquiera quiso estar presente en la moción de censura.
