Sowohl die Asylgründe als auch die Argumentation des Täters wirkten sorgfältig vorbereitet und orchestriert (kurzfristige Agitation gegen den saudischen Staat und den Islam, ostentative Lossagung gegenüber der saudischen Botschaft, Behauptung der früheren Abwendung vom Islam).
