Alsof president Poetin hoogstpersoonlijk in een Typhoon-klasse onderzeeër rondjes in de Noordzee vaart. Er is geen dreiging, Rob. Niet van het kaliber waarvoor je nu extra bevoegdheden nodig hebt. Wat er wel aan de hand is, is dat jij de geopolitieke werkelijkheid gebruikt als deken om onder te kruipen.
