Pełniła tam funkcję koordynatorki, a fundacja oficjalnie eksponowała ją jako jedną z twarzy ukraińskiej diaspory w Polsce. Wspólnie prowadzili zbiórki i akcje humanitarne od czasów Majdanu 2014 aż po niedawną „Ciepło z Polski dla Kijowa”, w której środowisko Panczenko działało ramię w ramię z Bartoszem Kramkiem. Obie – Panczenko i szefowa ODF Ludmiła Kozłowska – to Ukrainki, których obecność w Polsce wiąże sie z poważnymi niejasnościami. W 2018 roku ABW wydało wobec Kozłowskiej negatywną opinię. Szef ABW uznał materiały kontrwywiadu za na tyle poważne, że dostała natychmiastowy zakaz wjazdu do Polski i całej strefy Schengen. Zakaz wjazdu do Polski trwał lata i został zniesiony dopiero niedawno - po zmianie władzy. Czy wieloletnia, bliska współpraca Panczenko z organizacją, której liderkę polskie służby uznały za zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa, to tylko zbieg okoliczności?
