Publiczne dyskredytowanie Trybunału przez przedstawicieli władzy wykonawczej, uchwała Sejmu z 6 marca 2024 roku podważająca status jego sędziów, niepublikowanie jego orzeczeń, uchwalone 13 września 2024 roku ustawy godzące w zasadę nieusuwalności i niezależności sędziów, a następnie uchwała Rady Ministrów z 18 grudnia 2024 roku zmierzająca do wykluczenia możliwości ogłaszania kolejnych rozstrzygnięć Trybunału – to działania, których nie można zaakceptować w demokratycznym państwie prawnym.
