Ce qui est intéressant avec cette déclaration de Roussel, c'est bien qu'elle montre quelque chose : -> Les Etats-Unis et le Pape ne sont pas les seuls à parler aux deux camps. C'est le cas de la Turquie 🇹🇷, de l'Arabie Saoudite 🇸🇦, de la Hongrie 🇭🇺, de la Slovaquie 🇸🇰, de la Serbie 🇷🇸, du Kazakhstan 🇰🇿, de la Biélorussie 🇧🇾 et d'autres. -> Parler avec Poutine, c'est bien, mais pour quel objectif et quel résultat ? Lui et d'autres n'y répondent pas. Trump, Erdogan, Ben Salman, Vucic... s'y sont cassés les dents. ➡️La question n'est pas de parler avec Poutine (d'autres l'ont fait, le font, nous le faisons, indirectement). Nous savons parfaitement ce que veut Poutine. ➡️L'Ukraine a proposé des sommets, a accepté les négociatations, la Russie a toujours refusé. Cette année, les cessez-le-feu russes ont été observés par les ukrainiens, les cessez-le-feu ukrainiens violés par les russes. 🔸Donc la question n'est pas de savoir s'il faut négocier, oui il le faut. La question est de savoir si les deux camps sont prêts à négocier. L'Ukraine l'est, pas la Russie, c'est un fait. 🔸Donc maintenant, à moins de faire accepter à l'Ukraine les conditions russes (une reddition de 4 régions fortifiées, stratégiques et peuplées, une démilitarisation, une neutralisation et donc une défaite), les négociations ne mèneront à rien. 🔸Or, la France seule n'est pas en capacité de pouvoir dicter quoique ce soit à l'Ukraine et assumer d'abandonner l'Ukraine isolerait profondément notre pays en Europe. Ainsi, négocier avec Poutine ne doit pas être le coeur du sujet, cela doit-être de quoi et pour quel résultat. Il fera comme avec Trump, multipliant les appels téléphoniques, allongeant le processus, puis éventuellement acceptant une rencontre, ou il posera une fois de plus ses conditions, connues par le monde entier. Il refusera tout compromis puisqu'il est persuadé qu'il peut nous faire plier et les négociations n'auront servies à rien. Et Ensuite ? Prenons conscience que la guerre dans son ensemble (déclenchement en 2014, puis en 2022 puis la poursuite malgré les négociations) est le fait de la Russie.
