La instrucción añadida en la Ley de Nietos es un win-win para el Gobierno. Si nadie recurría, engordaban un censo exterior que previsiblemente les sería favorable. Si la Justicia intervenía ante una alteración tan evidente del censo, también ganaban: refuerzan su relato de lawfare y ya tienen preparado el argumento para cuestionar la legitimidad de las elecciones de 2027 en campaña fomentando la desconfianza en la limpieza del proceso y en el resultado.
