Bill Kristol: "Once upon a time, this stuff actually seemed to work for Trump. He built a whole lurid Technicolor artificial world for his supporters to live in. He lied and lied, and from time to time he won. But now it’s over. He’s done, the jig is up. Nobody believes."
So, Musk lied when he accused Ukraine of violating Starlink’s terms of service. What a surprise. NOT.

While My Guitar Gently Weeps is a song written by George Harrison of The Beatles. It appeared on the double LP The Beatles (also known as The White Album). The song ranks 135th on Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Songs of All Time and seventh on their list of 100 Greatest Guitar Songs of All Time. Harrison was inspired to write this song when he was reading the I Ching. According to Harrison, this book was based on the Eastern concept that everything is dependent on everything else, in contrast to the Western view that everything is just coincidental. With this relativistic idea, he went to his parents' house in northern England. There he decided to write a song based on the first words he would read as soon as he opened a random book. These words were "gently weeps," and he immediately began writing the song. https://hvdommelen.nl/w/while.html (translated)

The author described young leftists as naive and urged them to listen to the older leftist songwriter and GDR dissident Wolf Biermann. Biermann had warned that the belief in the establishment of a communist society could lead to the worst dictatorship. Those pursuing this goal could end up in hell themselves and lead others there, the author wrote. #Politik #Linke #Diktatur (translated)
Ulrich Vosgerau wrote that Friedrich Merz might miss the moment when he could still dismiss the SPD ministers and form a minority government with changing majorities. According to Vosgerau, the SPD could then leave the federal government first, accompanied by fierce accusations and the singing of dirty songs. Then, a months-long campaign by the 2RG would threaten, with maximum mobilization of the state-funded civil society, whose influence Merz, according to Vosgerau, had not ended before. #Politik #Deutschland #Merz (translated)

Haar carrière kreeg verder vorm toen zij het album Between the Lines uitbracht.
