Ukrajina neohrožuje civilní letectví jako takové – žádné civilní letadlo. Jednoduše bude nad Ruskem létat tolik dronů, že s tím bude nutné počítat. Ačkoli o tom ruské úřady řádně neinformují, ruský vzdušný prostor bude de facto uzavírán: válka, kterou rozpoutalo Rusko, uzavírá jeho vlastní nebe. Na Ukrajině nechceme, aby umírali nevinní lidé. Proto varujeme naše partnery: v ruském vzdušném prostoru skončily bezpečné chvíle. Je důležité, aby to slyšeli velvyslanci států, kteří působí zde na Ukrajině, i velvyslanci, kteří působí v Moskvě. Každý z nich přesně ví, co ruská válka znamená pro naši zemi a naše lidi, a měl by tyto informace předat svým hlavním městům. Je důležité, aby to slyšely také příslušné letecké společnosti, které v současnosti létají především na letiště v Moskvě, Petrohradu a do dalších klíčových ruských destinací. Ukrajinské ministerstvo zahraničí a příslušné ukrajinské instituce poskytnou mezinárodním organizacím úplné informace o nebezpečích v ruském vzdušném prostoru.
