Er irrt immer wieder durch den Ort (Schaftlach), schreit Passanten an. Er pöbelt, bedroht, beleidigt, spuckt. Immer wieder wird die Polizei gerufen, doch nichts passiert. Der Tunesier wurde mehrmals "belehrt", aber weitere Konsequenzen gab es keine. Am Montag brachte man ihn in die Psychiatrie. Am nächsten Tag wurde er wieder entlassen. Der Polizei sind die Hände gebunden. Für einen Haftbefehl reichen die Vorfälle nicht aus und es ist nicht verboten, im Wald zu übernachten. Auf meine Anfrage hin teilte mir die Staatsanwaltschaft Hamburg mit, dass die Frau an Stichverletzungen im Hals und Bauchraum erlitten hat und am erheblichen Blutverlust verstorben ist. Tatverdächtig ist eine 22-jährige Deutsche. Es gibt Hinweise auf eine psychische Erkrankung, weswegen eine forensisch-psychiatrisches Gutachten in Auftrag gegeben wurde. Dennoch befindet sich die 22-Jährige derzeit in Untersuchungshaft und nicht in einer psychiatrischen Klinik. Bleibt abzuwarten, was diesbezüglich in den kommenden Tagen passiert. Meine Frage, ob es bereits in der Vergangenheit zu Einweisungen wegen Fremd- oder Eigengefährdung kam, wollte man mir nur dahingehend beantworten, dass die Tatverdächtige bis dato nicht im Zusammenhang mit einem Strafverfahren in einer psychiatrischen Klinik untergebracht war. Tatverdächtige und Opfer sollen sich zuvor nicht gekannt haben. Meine Frage, ob es sich bei der Tatverdächtigen um eine Transfrau handelt, wurde aus Gründen des Persönlichkeitsschutzes nicht beantwortet.
