Hauptziel scheint die Region rund um Kiew und die Stadt selbst zu sein. Aber auch Charkiw, Odessa, Mykolajiw, Saporischschja, Poltawa, Sumy, Dnipropetrowsk werden ständig und schwer angegriffen.
