In Den Haag krijgt ieder digitaal wurgtouw een vriendelijke naam. De controlefuik heet een wallet. Het persoonsdossier heet dienstverlening. De enkelband heet digitale identiteit. Wie bezwaar maakt, heeft iets te verbergen. Test het systeem eerst waar de macht zit: bij het establisment. Geef iedere topambtenaar, minister, Kamerlid en ambassadeur een volgapp en camera. Bewaar hun telefoongesprekken, appjes, declaraties, lobbycontacten en besloten diners. Niet uit wantrouwen. Voor hun eigen veiligheid.
