Jednego nie rozumiem. Skoro akademicy tak dużo pracują, to skąd taka histeryczna reakcja, gdy proponowałem w ramach reformy wprowadzenie normowanego czasu pracy i rozliczanie się jak np. w korpo? Nie musi być 9-17, odbijanie karty jak w fabryce, ale wystarczy przejrzysty system, w którym widać, kto gdzie pracował nad czym i mniej więcej w jakich godzinach. Bo jeśli naukowcy pracują po 60h tygodniowo, nie jeżdżą na żadne urlopy i co roku nie siedzą przy wigilijnym stole, bo w tym czasie sprawdzają studenckie kolokwia, bo tak mniej więcej można zrozumieć z deklarowanego workloadu typowego akademika, to chyba bez problemu wszystko da się z łatwością udowodnić i obrócić na swoją korzyść?
